New York-Style Bagel Recipe

I’ve been making these bagels the past few weeks, and they are amazing!  My husband and kids love them.  I’m going to make them for Thanksgiving holiday, because my mother is coming to visit and I know she will enjoy them as well.  I usually make 2 plain, 2 brown sugar cinnamon, 2 banana walnut, and 2 everything bagels.  The only downside to this recipe is, it takes a few hours to make.  If you plan to make these, definitely make them a day or two before.
