As I’ve said before, I love baking and I love pumpkin! My 4 yo may be a picky eater, but sometimes I like to make things just for me (since I don’t get to treat myself often). Thus, I came up with this recipe for Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins!
These muffins are so deliciously moist and chocolaty. They are made with 100% Pure Pumpkin, which is considered a superfood due to all its antioxidants and vitamins. The chocolate chips take this treat to a whole other level!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
A deliciously sweet fall treat! Enjoy these muffins for breakfast, afternoon tea, or even dessert!
- 1/2 cup butter (grated)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl.
3. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
4. Add vanilla and pumpkin.
5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and chocolate chips.
6. Add in milk and mix.
6. Pour mix into a greased muffin tin.
7. Bake for 20 minutes.
