The Workouts That Transformed My Body

If you have not done a Popsugar Fitness workout, your body is missing out!

After having my first son, I did not have the time or money to go to the gym.  I was desperate to lose the weight I gained during pregnancy.

One morning, I stumbled across the Popsugar Fitness website while doing a Google search.  I browsed their website and found some workouts that looked doable post-pregnancy.  To start, I did a couple of their printable workouts.  I could feel the burn!

A month or so later, I discovered their app  (see also FitFix app).  Every morning I would do at least 10 minutes of one of their workouts.  My body started to become leaner.  The body weight workouts were more challenging than anything I had ever done at the gym.  Before I knew it, I could see some muscle definition peaking through.

While on Youtube one day, I found their Popsugar Fitness Channel.  They have so many videos from HIIT to Cardio to Yoga.

To this day I continue to do their workouts.  There is such a variety to choose from.  I never get bored, which means my body is always shocked.  I’m always sore the next day.  I can see and feel the results of their workouts.

Something else I think is great about Popsugar Fitness, every January 1st, they upload a New Years Challenge.  It’s perfect for anyone with a New Years goal to lose weight.  They do a similar challenge for summer as well.

I highly recommend Popsugar Fitness if you do not have a gym membership, if you are a stay-at-home parent, if you don’t have time to go to the gym one day, or if you are in a workout rut/plateau.
